1. Do you emphasize aspects of self-reliance in compliance courseware and training? For example, do you stress taking ownership of one’s mistakes, stress that success is not dependent on others, leading by example, or taking self-responsibility?


2. Are the following an important part of your company policies and expectations: punctuality in terms of time limits or time lines, sequential order of tasks, “handling one issue at a time”, respecting other’s time, or having action items in the agenda?

7. Does your corporate culture encourage employees to address superiors by their formal titles such as CEO, VP, Director, etc.?

9.  In your courseware, videos and other compliance materials, do you use American models?


10. Do you require employees to sign off once they have read the code of ethics or done certain activities in the compliance program?
